Business is essentially about creating value and creating relationships. When we have these in balance, we create flow in business and life.

The game is HIDE AND SEEK.

Every game has a method of scoring. For example, in business, we take a score on how well we create value, resulting in profits, and we can score by how long and wide we can share that value, which is our valuation. Hidden assets that sit inside a business are our people and culture. As humans, we are energetic beings. When we know how to lift energy to a higher level by removing energy blocks and giving people permission to shine, we unlock hidden potential and create a fun and engaging environment every day. In this game, we explore how to realise this energy so that people are free to seek how they can contribute to a business.
