  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise advertised as inclusive of GST.

    Tolemy prepares, manages, and resources workshops and programs based on registrations and payment in full. Registration indicates participants’ commitment to attend and participate in workshops and programs as offered from time to time. Events and programs may be recorded for education and marketing purposes. Online program recordings may be made available at the discretion of Tolemy and during the duration of a program so that participants may catch up on missed sessions or for revision purposes.

    Tolemy reserves the right to alter workshops, programs, and dates for these at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a workshop or program of an equivalent standard is offered as an alternative. Every effort will be made to ensure the dates are suitable for all participants already registered and to notify participants of any date changes.

    Tolemy reserves the right to prohibit entry to any person to a Tolemy workshop or program or eject any person from a Tolemy workshop or program based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by Tolemy staff and its agents and others working under its authority.

  • Registration and payment must be received before the program commencement date. Your registration is confirmed when you register online and receive a Tax Invoice and confirmation email.

    Payment is to be made via our online payment system, event registration system or by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) upon receipt of the Tax Invoice to the bank account nominated or by another payment method if offered as an alternative.

    If there is an offer of payment by instalment for the program, the first payment must be made before the program commencement date.

  • Acceptance of Tolemy’s terms and conditions is deemed made upon payment of the registration fee. For payments made via our online payment system, there is a requirement to accept the Terms and Conditions before the payment process can proceed to the checkout.

  • Cancellations in any circumstances will be accepted if notification is received up to 7 days before the program commencement date.

    Cancellation of registration will be accepted in the event of unforeseen circumstances and every effort will be made to reschedule participants to the next available program.

    Cancellations must be notified in writing.

    An administration fee may be charged for all paid program or event cancellations made less than 48 hours before the registration close date.

    Should a registrant be unable to attend, they may send one substitute in their place. Tolemy must be notified of all substitutions before the date of the program

    Workshops and programs may be cancelled due to low numbers. In this instance, full refunds or credit transfers will be applied.

    All materials provided upon registration must be returned to Tolemy at the time of the cancellation request and before a refund is granted.

    If an instalment payment option is offered on a program, and you choose to pay by instalment, the first payment is due and payable before the program commencement date and is not refundable on cancellation if notification of cancellation is made later than 48 hours before the workshop or program commencement date. In choosing to pay by instalment, you are committing to completion of the full program, and no refunds apply on cancellation after the workshop or program commencement date.

    If payment of the remaining instalments is not made by the due date, the participant will be emailed a reminder with 7 days’ notice. If payment is not made within the notice period, the participant will be removed from the email list and access to materials and recorded sessions.

  • Tolemy relies on workshop and program registrants taking full responsibility for their learning outcomes. Tolemy does not guarantee outcomes for deliverables to registrants as advertised or promoted as these are subjective and dependent upon full participation in all elements of the program, the completion of all set tasks and the registrant’s aptitude to understand, appreciate and apply the content delivered. The workshops and programs are not currently accredited yet may be eligible for CPD hours. Please check with your professional organisation for qualifications for CPD hours.

    Names of products, text and images used in this website and in our events and programs are the intellectual property or trademarks owned or licensed for use by Tolemy. Any unauthorised distribution or use of the Intellectual Property including text or images may be an infringement of the owner’s rights and those responsible may be liable in law accordingly.

    All contents of Tolemy workshops and program promotional material, books, tools, and materials provided in the program are protected by copyright and must not be copied, reproduced, transferred, distributed, leased, licensed, or publicly performed or used in any way without prior written permission.

  • Tolemy is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended. Tolemy collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing programs, related products, and training programs.

    Tolemy may use your details to promote products and services in the form of email communications and/or other types of communication.

    Image release: In registering for Tolemy workshops, programs and events, registrants grant permission to Tolemy, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, online/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for Tolemy. Registrants agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties, or any other payment from Tolemy in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, Tolemy and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise Tolemy by contacting the event organiser.
