It's the Business Value that will afford us the returns we are seeking so that we can live the life we envisage for ourselves, reinvest to create more value, and ultimately leave a legacy that others may benefit from.

It's our business vision and value that drives us to this game in the first place.

The components that makeup business value are:

  • Our Brand – meaning our 'who' we are here to serve, our 'purpose' what we are here to do, and our 'asset' the capability we are here to share

  • Our Business Model that generates the revenue we using our products and services, our marketplace and how we access it through our sales process to maximise our impact

  • Our Foundations – meaning those systems and processes that drive the sustainability of growth as well as how we share our business wealth and success to give to those who can't necessarily afford our Value but who could benefit from us being here. This is done through a charitable foundation.

    Business value is created when we align our Brand, business model, and foundations.

    Brand is about being clear on :

    Our Purpose - what gets us out of bed every day.

    Our Who - being who we are here to serve.

    Our unique asset - being our point of difference.

  • Business Model.

    Our business model is what affords us the ability to gain a return on our investment both commercially as well as energetically.

    Comprised the products and services we sell with the channels (routes to market) we choose with the brand messaging that connects and invites people to engage.

    Our products are what we create that deliver the value that the client/customer desires. Solving a problem and delivering against a need.

    We work with our clients to create a product suite that attracts the market towards them and then adds value to every interaction. The result is longer-lasting, deeper client relationships as value continually delivers.

    Our clients know that the value of one relationship has a compounding effect when that relationship is nourished and nurtured through the delivery of quality products and services.

    Our channels are the route to market where most businesses will use either partnership or digital as their primary access.

    We work with our clients to open up a further four routes to market, which are not commonly thought about, and when these four are open, it leverages all sales campaigns and activities, having a compounding effect.

    When the business model is clear from a product and channel perspective, our clients find ease in creating campaigns that tell the story of their value, give a reason for people to explore why them as opposed to why someone else and ultimately helps them build more volume of clients at better margins as they don't necessarily and most often have no need to spend money on advertising and other marketing expenses that can be costly.

  • Foundations.

    Our foundations are those pillars of infrastructure that underpin the capturing of this Value. These are those aspects of business and rituals that give us time; our ability to understand the Value of time and how best to use it given the stage of business and life we are in.

    Our foundations are also the understanding of money and profit so that we can create a surplus and afford the ability to reinvest.

    Finally, our foundations are our appreciation and understanding of our capability and the capability of those around us: The ability to apply skill and technique to a role so that positive outcomes are in perpetual growth.

    When we align our Brand with our purpose, our business is inspired and in flow, being drawn towards making a difference in the world. With a clear business model and a product range that draws the market to it, support of its channels and a compelling campaign message, a business creates volume and margin, leading to far greater profits and long-term Value.

    When a business has solid foundations and knows how to manage time, money and capability, an abundance of time is created.
